I have been ordering SK for 6 months and very quickly subscribed to the monthly service. This takes so much pressure off my hectic work and personal life knowing I have healthy and portioned meal prep sat to just grab on the go. I am also a huge fan of the overnight oats and protein balls there’s not a week that goes by where I don’t order extra. That’s breakfast and lunch sorted for me most weeks which is ideal. A fab meal prep service! I started using smalls kitchen for daily lunches. I always found myself skipping lunch and not fuelling properly following gym sessions. The website is easy to use and allows you to see the breakdown of macros which is super helpful for my protein intake. The menu rotates weekly and there is a huge variety of meals to select from. I would highly recommend this lovely lady, the food is absolutely delicious and the protein balls are even better!

I have been using Smalls Kitchen for meal preps for a while now. It’s an absolute god send for me as I am so busy, but really want to prioritise eating nutritious meals to support with my health and fitness goals. Each week there are completely different choices, meaning I don’t feel like I’m eating the same meals (unless it’s that good that I want to of course😅) and the process for ordering/delivery is super straight forward. I've used Smalls Kitchen' subscription service for the last 6 weeks!! It's been an absolute god send during a kitchen renovation. The choice you get is varied and the food is delicious. Our kids also loved the food; especially the fajita bowls which were also my favorite!

Fantastic home cooked nutritional meals. I was tired of buying supermarket over processed ready meals with added sugar, salt and preservatives especially with the rising costs and came across Smalls kitchen where you know what’s gone into your meals and the meals are freshly prepared with fresh home cooked ingredients I would definitely recommend especially if you struggle with having the time to make meals plus your supporting a Smalls local derby business rather than wasting your money on a supermarket ready meal that will cost pennies to make but costs you ££ to buy

I first started ordering meals from SmallsKitchen when my kitchen was undergoing renovations for a couple of months. Now the ordering process is much simpler through their website, and the prices are good with the subscriptions. Since my partner has been struggling with his diet, we’ve been using SmallsKitchen again since last year, and it’s been great. It saves time for me to cook and provides a healthy diet for my partner. I’m so glad we have a great kitchen that supplies balanced meals in our local area.
